They worked to come to a solution between them and the seller because the original person who didn’t take care of it wouldn’t take responsibility. Green Street was amazing for me and my family with seven of us who were splitting my mom’s estate. She had two houses and um, she had a lot of stuff in all of them. The houses were not in really, really great conditions, and Green Street came in, made us an offer. Agreed to pay for the lawyers and all of the closing costs associated with everything.

They took care of the houses. We took out what we wanted and left behind things that we didn’t and didn’t know what to do with including dirt, trash, and, and furniture. Everything that we didn’t know what to do with that. We didn’t care to keep. So we were able to get out the things that we did care about and we did like, and at the end of the day, you put money in our bank accounts and they were great to work with.

They found the lawyers, they took care of everything, and they babysat me through the whole experience so that I could. I feel like I was making good decisions along with really being guided along the way through the probate and difficult process, and I highly recommend them.
